The Manager, Business Solutions leads complex initiatives supporting Ryan’s service lines and enterprise platforms. This position manages scoping, planning, implementation, and post-implementation support. It connects business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams while driving measurable outcomes through data management, automation, and process transformation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead project scoping, planning, execution, and delivery
Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment
Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies
Ensure data integrity,



reliability, compliance, and quality standards
Develop training materials and change management plans
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Five to seven years leading projects or business solutions
Robust project and program management capabilities
Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication
Experience with enterprise systems, databases, or reporting tools
Bring solution design, project leadership, and technology delivery expertise to Ryan’s enterprise platforms and business initiatives.
