Key Responsibilities: Analyze clinic performance, barriers, gaps, and growth opportunities
Diagnose performance drivers and prioritize high-impact opportunities
Lead site visits, observe workflows, and interview teams
Present evidence-backed recommendations to senior stakeholders
Codify proven practices into network playbooks and tools
Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years relevant
Strong analytical skills and business judgment
Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Transparent communication with executives and boards
Bachelor’s degree; MBA is an asset
