This Manager role supports BDO’s Financial Advisory Services team. You will help companies improve profitable growth, EBITDA, cash flow, and operational performance through practical, data-driven strategies. Projects span performance improvement, turnaround, business planning, M&A;, transformation, analytics, and AI-driven value creation.
Key Responsibilities: Research client, industry, and market performance
Develop strategies, action plans, models, and implementation plans
Lead project content, hypotheses, analyses, and recommendations
Support client meetings, interviews,



and relationship development
Coach team members and contribute to practice management
Requirements: Undergraduate university degree with outstanding academic credentials
Four to six years of relevant work experience
Strategy, financial planning, transformation, or consulting experience
Solid PowerPoint, financial modeling, analytics, and communication skills
Willingness and ability to travel when necessary
