As Marketing Director, you will guide marketing strategy and brand development across Yunshang Rice Noodle and other restaurant brands. You will create annual and seasonal plans, lead integrated promotions, and translate consumer insights into measurable business results. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies across all Yunshang Group brands
Oversee positioning, messaging, visual identity, and brand consistency
Lead seasonal promotions, product launches, and engagement initiatives
Manage digital campaigns across Instagram, Google, Facebook,



and Xiaohongshu
Monitor KPIs, sales impact, engagement, and marketing return
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Five or more years of marketing experience required
Restaurant, hospitality, food and beverage, or consumer experience preferred
Experience managing multiple brands, locations, or marketing projects preferred
English and Mandarin proficiency required
