As Vice President, Operations, you will guide daily performance across advantages administration, claims administration, customer service, and related functions. You will partner with Technology, Product, Client Success, and business leaders. The mandate includes improving efficiency, quality, consistency, and client outcomes across Benefit Solutions’ growing portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
