As a senior hands-on individual contributor, you will shape R&D; Enablement strategy and delivery. The work spans technical product understanding, learning-product design, developer onboarding, and program leadership. You will partner with engineers, technical leaders, Business Technology, Security, enterprise AI teams, and technology providers.
Key Responsibilities: Define R&D; learning-products strategy, roadmap, service model, and success measures
Diagnose capability needs and select appropriate enablement interventions
Create prototypes, tools, automations, and knowledge solutions
Lead programs from discovery through launch and adoption




Improve developer onboarding and self-service access to resources
Requirements: 8+ years in technical product, program, learning, or enablement fields
5+ years partnering with software engineering, product, data, or AI teams
Experience translating emerging technologies into adoption strategies
Hands-on experience with AI tools, APIs, integrations, or low-code platforms
Experience designing learning products, onboarding, or knowledge solutions
Lead Samsara’s R&D; learning products through technical strategy, AI-enabled tools, developer onboarding, and measurable adoption.
