Your critical thinking and strong communication skills will be essential to collaborate with counsel, adjusters, and engineers, ensuring effective claims handling and providing mentorship to regional file handlers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and manage complex claims over $1M
• Negotiate claim resolutions effectively and efficiently
• Mentor and guide regional claims handlers




• Collaborate with underwriting to identify risks and trends
• Attend settlement conferences and loss locations

Requirements:
• 10+ years in handling commercial property claims
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Undergraduate Degree or CIP designation preferred
• Flexible for travel as necessary
• Bilingualism in French and English for Quebec candidates
