Lead solar photovoltaic and BESS procurement for Boralex, using strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and project management expertise across North America.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Procurement, this senior role organizes equipment and services procurements for solar and battery storage projects. You will lead procurement and contract managers, develop supplier relationships, monitor markets, and coordinate multidisciplinary evaluations and negotiations. Your work supports Boralex’s renewable energy projects and procurement function.
Key Responsibilities: Lead procurement and contract management teams
Develop relationships with solar and BESS suppliers
Build sourcing strategies from market and supply chain analysis
Organize RFIs, RFPs,



supplier evaluations, and negotiations
Resolve supplier issues, disputes, warranty, and performance claims
Requirements: More than 10 years in renewable energy procurement
Solar PV or BESS equipment expertise
Experience managing contracts exceeding CAD 100 million
Established OEM relationships and supply chain knowledge
Matrix leadership, negotiation, and project management experience
Bring solar PV, BESS, supplier negotiation, and team leadership expertise to Boralex’s strategic procurement programs.
