Raise is hiring a contract team member for its client. This engineer coordinates estimate preparation, oversight, quality assurance reviews, and schedule assessments. The work covers Company-operated and Other Builder Operator estimates, Check Estimates, and process improvement tools. The position supports communication across project controls, planning, estimating, scheduling, and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate cost estimate preparation for Gate and Funding milestones
Prepare Check Estimates and Schedules for OBO submissions
Assess project cost and schedule bases
Support weekly status and project summary reports




Participate in capital efficiency and quality improvements
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent skilled experience
Experience in a closely related position
Proficiency in cost estimating, planning, and project controls
Strong analytical, computing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and changing priorities
