You will develop safety programs, coach managers and employees, deliver training, conduct inspections, and support accident investigations. The assignment requires five-plus years of HSE Advisor experience and oil and gas shutdown experience.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and enforce occupational health and safety policies
Identify hazards and implement risk mitigation strategies
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and environmental compliance reviews
Deliver training and coach employees on safety procedures
Prepare reports and present findings to management
Requirements: Five-plus years of experience as an HSE Advisor
Oil and gas shutdown experience
Knowledge of occupational health and safety legal requirements
Proficiency with Office Suite and Internet tools
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle access
Support safer shutdown operations through HSE coaching, compliance inspections, training delivery, and effective risk management at Kearl Lake Site.
