Key Responsibilities: Lead software conversion projects from planning through implementation
Develop implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Oversee customer training programs and related support
Monitor data conversion accuracy, integrity, and security




Coordinate third-party system integrations and stakeholder communication
Requirements: One to three years in automotive or dealership environments
High school diploma
Understanding of software development lifecycle and project management workflows
Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn recent software
Passport, applicable United States visa, and full driver's license
