Support CIAM SaaS migration in Toronto as a Scrum Master using Ping Identity, Agile delivery, and SAFe practices. Work hybrid, onsite two days weekly.
This contract Scrum Master role supports Agile teams replacing a customer authentication IAM platform. You will coordinate delivery involving Ping Identity, React UI, Java services, testing, and migration activities. The role partners with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Developers, Testers, Architects, Project Managers, and Security teams.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning
Support prioritized backlogs with acceptance criteria and dependencies
Track capacity, velocity, burndown, blockers, risks, and commitments
Remove impediments across integrations, environments, testing,



and security
Coordinate migration activities, release readiness, and post-launch stabilization
Requirements: Five or more years of Scrum Master experience preferred
At least three years in software application delivery
Experience with Scrum, XP, Kanban, and SAFe
Solid facilitation, communication, collaboration, and Agile mentoring skills
Agile methodology certification and relevant degree required
Bring measurable Agile delivery results, facilitation strength, and CIAM migration coordination to this Toronto Scrum Master contract.
