Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily activities across all departments
Maintain brand policies, procedures, and service protocols

Manage complex service incidents and guest escalations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or business
Three-plus years leading complex hospitality or wellness operations
Three-plus years managing teams across multiple departments
Experience interpreting reports and making data-based decisions
Experience managing customer satisfaction, inventory, vendors, and quality assurance
