Brand Momentum is seeking a capable leader to drive learning and development for RBH in Canada. You will partner with CCD, design and deliver bilingual training, and embed capability across field teams nationally. Travel and in-office collaboration ~one day weekly are expected.
You will build a strategic learning roadmap, steward content, coach leaders, and measure impact on productivity and sales performance, leveraging English and French fluently.
