Lead trade customization projects at Kenvue in hybrid Toronto, applying project management and supply chain expertise across North America.
Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, you will guide the Trade Customization portfolio from design through governance. The position develops innovative solutions, improves processes, and supports commercial teams through market research, supplier coordination, and promotional strategy. You will manage metrics including Unit Fill Rate, CIPs, SLOB, inventory, profit, and spending.
Key Responsibilities: Lead projects from design through governance and planning transition
Coordinate brands, suppliers, Sales, Marketing, and Quality Assurance
Research competitive and regional designs for commercial teams
Manage supplier reviews, RFP renewals,



and governance presentations
Develop cost savings and sustainability improvements with suppliers
Requirements: Undergraduate degree and five to seven years’ related experience
Project management or supply chain management background
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
Solid negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
English required; French and SAP knowledge are assets
Bring strategic project leadership, supplier collaboration, and trade customization expertise to Kenvue’s Toronto-based hybrid team.
