The position coordinates resources, develops employees, and maintains secure, reliable service. It requires leadership, communication, organization, and coaching across field operations.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and coordinate distribution operations and construction work
Build teams through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
Approve call schedules and coordinate resourcing, leave, and time
Ensure safe work practices, site observations, and incident follow-up




Maintain relationships with customers, landowners, and community leaders
Requirements: Journeyman Power Line Technician qualification
Seven years constructing and operating electric distribution systems
Three years of progressive supervisory or leadership experience
Class 5 driver’s permit and frequent travel availability
Communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
