Shape corporate strategy and build AI-enabled workflows as a Senior Strategy & Operations Associate with Clio in Vancouver or Toronto.
Clio’s Strategy & Operations team partners with leaders on business strategy, performance, OKRs, and operating rhythms. You will work with the AI Centre of Excellence to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and support adoption. The work combines strategic judgment, analysis, and hands-on building.
Key Responsibilities: Identify valuable AI opportunities across recurring team workflows
Design, prototype, and ship internal agents and automations
Test solutions, verify outputs, and document safeguards
Contribute to market, expansion, and investment assessments
Prepare leaders for planning, reviews, and executive discussions
Requirements: Evidence of building something others use
Technical fluency for direct prototyping and delivery
Strong analytical and strategic judgment
Ability to earn trust across functions
Transparent writing and communication skills
Bring strategic analysis, responsible AI judgment, and hands-on delivery to Clio’s business transformation work in Vancouver or Toronto.
