Shape financial systems at Xometry as a Staff Product Manager, applying accounting expertise and product management to order-to-cash and procure-to-pay workflows.
This individual contributor role connects Engineering, Finance, Accounting, and operational teams. You will translate finance requirements into product requirements documents, investigate transactional ecosystems, and create solutions grounded in controls, revenue recognition, and accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and prioritize financially key features and product enhancements
Gather requirements across customers, partners, and Accounting teams
Coordinate releases, documentation, standard procedures, training, and communications
Design segregation, approvals, audit trails, and SOX controls into workflows




Apply measurable automation and AI with appropriate human review
Requirements: 8+ years product, program, or project management experience
4+ years in accounting-related work such as bookkeeping, accounting, or audit
Fluency with accruals, revenue recognition, reconciliations, close, audit, and SOX controls
Experience with accounting platforms, subledgers, and journal entries
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business, or 10+ accounting years
Bring financial systems product leadership, accounting fluency, and control design expertise to Xometry’s marketplace operations.
