As Senior Manager, Forward Deployed Decision Scientist, you will lead projects from problem definition through implementation. Apply statistical modeling, experimental design, regression, survival analysis, forecasting, and causal inference. Partner with commercial, Brand, Market Access, Patient Services, and Field teams while using Python, SQL, healthcare datasets, and cloud platforms.

Develop, validate, and deploy predictive and machine learning models
Generate insights from claims, specialty pharmacy, CRM, and real-world data




Apply Snowflake Cortex AI and approved coding assistants responsibly

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
Solid experience delivering predictive models or advanced analytics
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical or machine learning libraries
Experience with Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or comparable platforms
Commitment to privacy, validation, explainability, fairness, and governance
Bring decision science, commercial analytics, and responsible AI expertise to advance evidence-based work for rare disease patients.
