As Director of Finance, you will oversee reporting, controls, and core accounting operations. The role covers close processes, payroll, reconciliations, tax coordination, and technical accounting. You will provide guidance on business plans and product features while supporting accurate, timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Own monthly and annual close processes
Oversee payroll, payables, receivables, and reconciliations
Develop policies, procedures, and internal controls
Ensure IFRS reporting compliance and financial statement support
Coordinate tax compliance and filings with advisors
Requirements: CPA designation with working IFRS knowledge
At least 10 years of accounting experience
Two busy external audit seasons at national or global firms
Knowledge of CIRO Form 1 reporting requirements
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
