Government of Alberta is seeking a Crown Prosecutor in the Bail unit to prosecute criminal and provincial offences with a focus on bail hearings. The role requires a law degree and active bar status in Alberta, with prior bail hearing experience preferred.
This is a temporary full time position ending October 4, 2027, located in Edmonton or Calgary, with a rotating three-day/three-evening shift pattern. Candidates will work within ACPS to ensure timely proceedings, conduct legal research, draft
