As a Senior HVAC & Mechanical Lead Engineer, you will oversee projects from concept through contract administration. You will lead detailed HVAC and cooling-system design, supervise engineers, and coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, and process-control disciplines. The work supports nuclear power plants within a matrix organization.
Key Responsibilities: Lead detailed HVAC and cooling-system design activities
Perform heat-load calculations and equipment sizing
Prepare drawings, specifications, datasheets, and technical evaluations
Review calculations, reports, documents, and design drawings




Coordinate multidisciplinary meetings, site visits, and commissioning support
Requirements: Engineering degree in mechanical, chemical, or engineering science
Canadian provincial Qualified Engineer registration with sealing authority
Fifteen to twenty-plus years of progressive engineering experience
Strong knowledge of closed-loop and chilled-water systems
Experience leading technical professionals and communicating effectively
