As a Producer on Marsh Risk’s Growth team, you will grow a mid-sized book of business through new logo acquisition and existing-account expansion. This hybrid role requires at least three office days weekly. Success involves relationships with CFOs, Treasury, Finance, and Legal professionals, plus market insight and tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and expand larger or nuanced Property & Casualty accounts
Develop sales strategies using client needs and market trends
Research industries to identify relationship needs and buyer hubs
Prepare competitive proposals using project and market data




Develop compliant custom product solutions for accounts
Requirements: Experience managing and growing a Property & Casualty book
Success acquiring current logos and expanding client relationships
Greater Toronto Area network among financial decision-makers
Strategic sales, account management, and analytical skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and financial acumen
