As Senior Construction Manager, you will represent the owner on major renovations, expansions, ground-up design-build, and build-to-suit projects. You will oversee concurrent work, guide planning and execution, and coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders. The position requires advanced building systems knowledge, financial oversight, procurement experience, and complex project delivery expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Lead high-value renovations, expansions, and build-to-suit capital projects
Oversee concurrent schedules, milestones, budgets, and financial performance
Develop bid packages, analyses, cost comparisons, and contractor recommendations
Negotiate contracts,



manage risks, and complete project closeout
Coordinate project teams and provide regular stakeholder updates
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and construction experience
10-15 years’ related commercial construction project management experience
Advanced building systems and construction processes knowledge
Proficiency with project management software; Procore experience preferred
French bilingual, 60-70% regional travel, PPE, and extended hours required
