Key Responsibilities: Define localized strategy for media and device software domains
Synthesize customer feedback, telemetry, and partner requirements
Monitor adoption, latency, performance, and usability KPIs
Drive backlog grooming, sprint commitments, and acceptance criteria




Translate capabilities into user stories and technical specifications
Requirements: Three or more years in software product management
Enterprise software, SaaS, or complex platform application experience
Knowledge of RTSP, WebRTC, H.264/H.265, or WebSockets
Experience defining KPIs and analyzing telemetry or usage data
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical software industry experience
Bring technical product leadership, media expertise, and quality accountability to Motorola Solutions’ Avigilon software teams in Vancouver.
