The Senior Finance Manager partners with leaders on close, management reporting, and decision support. You will analyze spend, headcount, and performance drivers while building scalable models. The role translates complex financial data into actionable insights for resource allocation, expense management, and investment prioritization across planning cycles.
Key Responsibilities: Support Finance leaders with spend, headcount, and variance insights
Maintain bottoms-up forecasts for assigned cost centers
Prepare variance explanations and leadership-ready commentary
Monitor expenses against budgets and forecasts




Streamline reporting through automation, BI tools, and standardized processes
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
10+ years in FP&A;, business finance, or financial analysis
Robust P&L; and operating expense understanding
Advanced Excel, Power Query, and scalable modeling skills
Clear English communication with US-based stakeholders
