The Senior Director builds and leads GS1 Canada’s analytics capability across reporting, market intelligence, subscriber trends, and growth insights. You will establish enterprise KPIs, guide AI-enabled transformation, and translate complex data into executive and Board-level recommendations. The role partners across Product, Finance, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Data Governance.
Key Responsibilities: Build and mature enterprise business intelligence and analytics capabilities
Own KPI frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and measurement standards
Lead AI roadmap, use cases, governance, and adoption
Provide executive briefings on performance, markets, risks,



and opportunities
Develop analysts and establish high-performing team practices
Requirements: 10+ years in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or related leadership
Experience transforming functions, operating models, tools, and capabilities
Experience leading AI, machine learning, automation, or advanced analytics
Executive communication, Board reporting, and strategic recommendation experience
Robust data governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI understanding
Shape trusted enterprise insight through analytics leadership, AI transformation, KPI governance, and executive communication at GS1 Canada.
