This senior Project Manager/Leader supports the Ontario Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. The work covers large-scale, high-profile, high-risk initiatives requiring integrated planning, scope management, fiscal control, and risk mitigation. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, dependencies, steering committees, and government standards.
Key Responsibilities: Manage complex OPS I⁢ projects within scope, schedule, and budget
Develop integrated plans, deliverables, budgets, and funding requests
Monitor forecasts, actuals, variances, risks, and mitigation strategies




Direct project teams and coordinate cross-ministry dependencies
Report project status and recommendations to senior executives
Requirements: Experience managing large-scale, high-risk I⁢ projects
Expertise with direct, indirect cost allocation and TCO
Understanding of AWS, Azure, licensing, and hardware depreciation
Experience with scenario analysis and agile simulation workflows
Knowledge of OPS or public sector standards preferred
Apply senior project leadership, financial control, cloud pricing knowledge, and integrated planning to Toronto-based OPS initiatives.
