Lead strategic pursuits for WSP’s Property & Buildings business across Western Canada, using capture planning and proposal development expertise. This role can be based in any WSP office in Western Canada.
As a Strategic Pursuit Manager, you will shape positioning, capture plans, and proposals for high-value opportunities. You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies. The work supports sustainable growth across Property & Buildings markets.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Go/No-Go decisions for strategic pursuits
Develop capture plans for major opportunities
Analyze markets and competitive intelligence
Lead compliant, timely proposal development
Maintain chance records in Oracle and business systems
Requirements: Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
8+ years in pursuit, capture, proposal, or business development management
Experience developing winning pursuit strategies
Understanding of Alternative Delivery Projects procurement
Advanced communication and presentation skills
