Lead Smart Factory architecture and North American growth for Avanade, focusing on Factory OS, Azure, Fabric, and AI agent frameworks. This role is based in Canada or the United States near an Avanade office.
As Associate Director, Technical Architecture, you will own Supply Chain & Engineering Advisory evolution, quality, and market success. You will lead capability building, shape growth strategy, and partner with Client Groups, Industry leaders, Microsoft, and Accenture. The role combines technical architecture leadership, business growth, and community development.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the North America Supply Chain & Engineering Advisory team
Drive Smart Factory pipeline growth, positioning, and deal closure
Define architecture across Azure, Fabric, and AI agent frameworks




Govern implementations and architecture review boards
Coach technical talent and build cross regional collaboration
Requirements: Deep manufacturing, digital, or enterprise architecture experience
Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, or AI manufacturing experience
Solid Azure, data platform, and AI architecture expertise
Experience leading global teams and driving business growth
Ability to engage C level stakeholders and translate technology value
Bring technical depth, commercial judgment, and Smart Factory expertise to Avanade’s North American architecture and growth agenda.
