As Director of Finance, you will own financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and multi-entity growth while reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. You will manage fractional Controller and Bookkeeper resources, oversee consolidated reporting, and support executive decisions through forecasting. The work spans cross-border compliance, cash flow modeling, intercompany accounting, and finance technology.
Key Responsibilities: Own accurate, timely, consolidated, audit-ready financials
Lead fractional finance partners and monthly close controls
Manage US operations, intercompany accounting, and compliance




Build 13-week cash flow models across CAD and USD
Partner with the CFO on forecasting and capital allocation
Requirements: Eight-plus years of progressive finance and accounting experience
Leadership responsibility in finance operations
Cross-border US and Canada financial management familiarity
Robust GAAP or IFRS knowledge and cash flow modeling
Experience selecting and implementing finance technology
Shape Other.™'s finance function through consolidated reporting, treasury management, cross-border expertise, and executive partnership in Toronto.
