Lead fleet safety strategy and Samsara telematics at Enercare in North York, using data and coaching to reduce driver risk.
The Fleet Manager, Telematics and Safety leads driver risk reduction initiatives and owns Enercare’s Samsara program. This full-time role partners with Health and Safety, Field Leadership, and the third-party driver safety provider. The work combines telematics administration, incident analysis, training coordination, and safety communications.
Key Responsibilities: Lead fleet safety strategy, priorities, measures, and improvement plans
Administer Samsara configuration, dashboards, alerts, workflows, and reporting
Analyze driver performance, incidents, scorecards, and risk trends
Develop monthly risk reporting and leadership dashboards




Support coaching, training, campaigns, and recognition programs
Requirements: Experience leading fleet safety, transportation safety, risk, or telematics programs
Five or more years of relevant experience
Direct Samsara experience strongly preferred
Solid analytical, reporting, communication, and partnership skills
Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
Bring fleet safety leadership, Samsara expertise, and practical data analysis to Enercare’s driver risk reduction program.
