The position supports industrial systems through troubleshooting, service planning, customer communication, and installed-base improvement. Key Responsibilities: Deliver protected, efficient field service activities meeting customer expectations
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hoisting equipment technical issues
Plan service work and prepare materials, parts, and tools
Identify performance,



reliability, service, and upgrade opportunities
Promote HSE compliance and coach technical personnel
Requirements: Electrical Technology or Electrical Engineering diploma or degree
At least five years supporting industrial systems
Mine hoist systems experience considered a strong asset
Strong customer focus, communication, and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license, passport, and travel availability
