Our financial services client is seeking a Business Analyst III (5-7 years of experience) to support Agile product delivery using Scrum/Kanban frameworks and JIRA/Confluence Join a collaborative banking workplace supporting business-as-usual initiatives across multiple Agile pods.

This role focuses on backlog management, sprint ceremonies, stakeholder engagement, and delivery coordination within Scrum and Kanban environments.

The position offers exposure to cross-functional product delivery initiatives with extension and conversion potential based on performance and business needs.

Candidates will work closely with business and technology stakeholders in a hybrid Toronto-based team environment.

Contract: 12 months Contract (possibility of extension and conversion) Hybrid: 4 days a week onsite, Front Street, Toronto, Ontario Must Haves 5-7 years in Business Analysis within banking or financial services environments 5-7 years using Scrum/Kanban project management frameworks in Agile environments 5-7 years working with JIRA and Confluence Proven delivery of Sprint ceremonies ,



including sprint planning, organization, and facilitation Undergraduate degree in Business or related field Nice to Have Understanding of architectural design concepts Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification Project management experience Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification Prior experience leading a pod or team Responsibilities Create and maintain prioritized product backlogs aligned to product vision Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning Manage development team backlog priorities and delivery blockers Coordinate with stakeholders on product delivery roadmaps and release cadence Review performance analytics and recommend improvements to product experience Provide oversight for user story design, development, and acceptance criteria completion Communicate product changes, backlog priorities, and delivery updates to stakeholders and senior management
