Lead financial planning and reporting for Hatfield from North Vancouver or New Westminster, using CPA expertise and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Hatfield seeks a Leader of Finance to oversee financial operations, risk management, record keeping, and reporting. Reporting to the Senior Vice President & Managing Partner, you will advise Managing Partners and the Board. The position requires strategic planning, Canadian tax knowledge, Power BI, and senior team leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Lead forecasting, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and long term planning
Oversee tax compliance, financial systems, and annual operating budgets
Ensure accurate Canadian GAAP financial reports and internal controls
Advise the Board on corporate financial strategies and decisions




Provide monthly reports, variance analysis, and capital allocation recommendations
Requirements: CPA designation and bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
At least five years leading senior finance teams
Hands on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
Solid Power BI, Canadian tax, corporate finance, and risk management knowledge
Bring CPA leadership, financial reporting, Business Central expertise, and strategic judgment to Hatfield’s finance function.
