The role supports construction, maintenance, safety, security, emergency preparedness, and business continuity across a large corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead food, reception, maintenance, and administrative staff
Oversee building systems, inspections, and scheduled maintenance
Manage vendors, contracts, and service level agreements
Coordinate construction, renovation, and space-planning projects
Manage budgets, safety protocols, and facility communications
Requirements: 5+ years in facilities management or a similar role
Diploma or technical training in building operations
5–8 years of progressive leadership experience
Experience managing facilities exceeding 75,000 square feet
Robust communication, decision-making, and budget management skills
