Lead health and safety expertise for AtkinsRéalis’ Toronto project, supporting T/HIRA coordination, audits, training, and safety performance. Work across project teams. AtkinsRéalis seeks a Health and Safety Officer supporting the Manager, Health and Safety on the Project. The position provides guidance across the program and supports Safety & Security results through stakeholder relationships, contractor coordination, data analysis, and improvement processes. Responsibilities may include onboarding, training, reporting, incident investigation, and Threat and Hazard Impact Risk Assessments. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate onboarding, training, reporting, and incident investigation duties Provide health and safety expertise, advice,



and guidance Confirm contractors implement site-specific safety plan measures Conduct assessments and audits, recommending corrective actions Report risks and issues to appropriate decision makers Requirements:

Diploma or certificate in health and safety Minimum seven years of professional onsite health and safety experience Experience working within construction environments Experience developing and implementing health and safety management plans Robust stakeholder management with owners, consultants, and contractors Apply health and safety leadership, T/HIRA coordination, auditing, and reporting expertise to AtkinsRéalis’ Toronto project.
