As Vice President, you will oversee accounting and administration for one or more private markets client relationships. The role covers investor allocations, management and incentive fees, capital events, and portfolio accounting. You will coordinate with trade operations, investor services, custody, tax, and financial reporting teams. Key Responsibilities:

Manage professionals delivering accounting and administrative services Allocate income and determine management and incentive fees Process capital calls and distributions Review and approve monthly or quarterly NAV reporting Lead fund onboarding and new fund launches Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance At least 10 years of Private Equity experience Experience with complex structures and fee calculations Solid critical thinking and decision-making skills CPA, Investran, or Geneva experience is favorable Apply private equity accounting, NAV oversight, and team management expertise to State Street’s alternative investment services.
