Lead hydrometallurgical refinery operations for Electra Battery Materials, applying production leadership and process expertise to safe, effective performance. This vacancy carries an annual base salary range of $140,000-$170,000. Reporting to the Refinery General Manager and Commissioning Leader, the Operations Manager oversees daily production and operational objectives. The position coordinates Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Laboratory, and Logistics while supporting commissioning, start-up, and optimization. It also advances safety, environmental compliance, throughput, recovery, reliability, and cost control. Key Responsibilities:
