Other tasks and duties as assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Plumber – 306A (Red Seal) certification Demonstrated technical understanding of the process equipment (e.g. pumps, valves, pressure relief, cleaning machines) and specific brewing equipment (e.g.

Centrifuges, Mills, Filters, etc) Demonstrate understanding and execution of the maintenance requirements for process and specific brewing equipment.

Demonstrated ability to use computer systems including but not limited to: SAP, Excel, Outlook, Word, Microsoft Suite, web-based applications/tools Strong leadership, relationship, and communication skills to deal with peers, managers, and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers and consultants) Ability to coordinate and be a leader of a cross functional team of technicians (various disciplines) and brewers working on initiatives and projects.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Self-starter with an ability to work with limited supervision.

High energy and initiative Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Excellent work ethic and attendance record Ownership and accountability demonstrated.

Solid interpersonal skills SDCA certified.
