Build production AI systems with Python and SQL at Paddle, working remotely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps across Canada or the United Kingdom.
As a Senior AI Engineer on Paddle’s Data & AI team, you will turn ambiguous commercial problems into reliable systems. You will design prototypes, write production-quality code, and deliver solutions for account segmentation, prioritisation, and buying-signal detection. Your work will support everyday GTM workflows.
Key Responsibilities: Design AI systems for account segmentation, enrichment, scoring, and prioritisation
Detect buying signals across commercial data sources
Build integrations, data pipelines, and production services
Evaluate systems for quality, latency, reliability, and cost




Establish monitoring, guardrails, documentation, and impact measures
Requirements: Solid software engineering experience from design through production
Python and SQL experience
Hands-on large language model, API, retrieval, or agent experience
Experience evaluating and operating AI systems in production
Comfort with structured and unstructured data and integrations
Apply production engineering, Python, SQL, and applied AI expertise to Paddle’s commercial systems and GTM priorities.
