Key Responsibilities: Write concise product specifications with explicit acceptance criteria
Prioritize roadmap items by impact, complexity, and customer needs
Run discovery with customers and internal field teams
Scope buildable solutions with Design and Engineering
Track releases and measure feature outcomes
Requirements: Three to five years managing SaaS or technical products
Ability to structure messy operational feedback
Strong UX principles and information architecture understanding
