This Senior Project Manager oversees the outpatient and non-acute workstream within a multi-year Health Information System modernization. The work supports clinics, Oncology, Behavioral Sciences, Rehabilitation, Research, and Complex Continuing Care. You will coordinate clinical stakeholders, the HIS vendor, and multidisciplinary implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the outpatient and non-acute workstream throughout HIS implementation
Maintain plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements
Coordinate vendor activities and validate implementation design decisions
Manage governance, dependencies, risks,



issues, and mitigation actions
Support migration, validation, testing, integration, and clinical readiness
Requirements: Experience working in an outpatient setting
Five to ten years supporting complex organization-wide IT implementations
Expertise in one or more HIS workstreams
Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical and technical teams
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Bring outpatient experience, vendor coordination, and HIS delivery expertise to Oracle Cerner Cloud modernization across Toronto hospital campuses.
