As Industrial Market Leader, you will guide Industrial Water market development within Water’s leadership team. You will work with Practice Leads, Sector Leads, growth teams, and delivery teams. Your focus includes industry drivers, market trends, strategic opportunities, client relationships, and community-of-practice leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Develop annual Industrial Water business plans with Growth, Operations, and Delivery teams
Prioritize key Industrial clients and strategic opportunities across North America
Position and capture strategic Industrial Water pursuits with regional teams
Lead knowledge sharing, innovation,



and collaboration across subject matter experts
Coordinate delivery, contracts, compliance oversight, and resource planning
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or related field
Minimum 15 years of Industrial Water experience in multidisciplinary environments
Experience winning and delivering work with key Industrial Water clients preferred
Demonstrated people and business leadership capability
Solid communication, organizational, strategic planning, and implementation skills
Lead Industrial Water growth, strategic pursuits, and client development through Stantec’s collaborative North American leadership network.
