Lead a Proof of Concept (POC) initiative to assess the feasibility of migrating the existing Public Accounts consolidation application, CONSOL, from the legacy Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) solution to Oracle’s Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS)

The project will encompass the assessment of current and future state, configuration of environment/application, and build of POC to assess the migration of the CONSOL application. It will also help infer future project plan, tasks, and duration and inform the future costing for the full-scale migration of CONSOL to FCCS.

General Skills: Astrong financial background and past experience in designing and migratingOracle Consolidation applications.

Abilityto gather client business requirements; corporate I⁢ informationmandates, client information technology strategic plans, environment andstandards

Abilityto participate in the development of solutions and provide advice onshort/long term solution service development activities.

Knowledgeof leading edge technologies design criteria, security and recoveryprocedures, preparation of technical specifications for installation,testing and performance of integrated, multi-services systems; assessperformance and capacity of existing system making recommendations forimproving performance and develop technical documentation.

Experienceplanning, migrating, implementing and sustaining large complex systemdevelopment projects

Knowledgeof technology developments, trends and new products to evaluatedapplication to client short and long term technology requirements. Basicknowledge of project management methodology (e.g. PMBOK), analytical toolsand processes.

Conceptualand analytical skills to assess and evaluate client needs and conductcost/benefit analyses for new technology requirements in planning anddesigning solutions.





Experiencedesigning and developing large, complex, highly available, missioncritical server applications

Experiencewith systems evaluation to assess conditions, technical performance andcapacity of existing systems and determine need and feasibility ofexpansion, renovation or replacement

Requirements Experience and Skill Set Requirements: Must Haves: Oracle EPM Cloud solutions and design knowledge andexperience.

Experience with FCCS (Financial Consolidation and CloseService) is preferred, but not mandatory

Project Management Skills: Experience with formal systems implementation and currentmethodologies in managing projects such as Software Development Lifecycle,Waterfall, and Agile.

You are very organized and able to meet deliverables andtargets.

Experience applying internal control procedures, businessmanagement frameworks, financial operations and controllership model
