Position: Consulting Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $95/hour Location: Remote Commitment: Flexible hours Role Responsibilities Produce and review consulting deliverables such as M&A; and investment cases, post-merger integration plans, and strategic recommendations backed by quantitative analysis.

Synthesize messy inputs like data rooms and due-diligence reports into clear, structured, well-reasoned cases, weighing credible sources accurately.

Deliver client-ready work products, including memos, models, and recommendations with explicit assumptions, risks, and conditions.

Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs .





Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance .

Qualifications Must-Have 4+ years at a top consulting or advisory firm or equivalent in-house corporate-development experience.

Elite structured problem-solving skills with the ability to drive to a defensible recommendation under ambiguity.

Strong financial and business acumen plus advanced modeling skills and executive-quality written deliverables.

Comfort owning an engagement independently.
