You will be the functional and technical bridge between bank leaders and our product teams, delivering tailored solutions with solid adoption in a SaaS mortgage environment. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in implementation roles within fintech or SaaS, can lead discovery, and guide clients through change management while collaborating closely with internal Product and Engineering teams.
