Lead SEO and AEO customer success at Yotpo Discover, translating AI-driven discovery insights into actionable strategies in a hybrid mode. As Yotpo’s first Customer Success Manager dedicated to Discover, you will build relationships from post-onboarding through renewal. You will advise eCommerce brands, manage strategic recommendations, and help establish scalable success practices. The work combines client strategy, organic growth, technical audits, content optimization, and AI-powered discovery. Key Responsibilities:

Own customer relationships through renewal, retention, and expansion Design optimization frameworks, success plans,



and customer playbooks Lead AEO optimizations using Yotpo Discover insights Partner with Product through feedback and validation sessions Track adoption, performance, risks, and resolution strategies Requirements:

Three-plus years in SEO, AEO, organic search, or digital strategy Agency or consultancy experience is ideally preferred Understanding of technical audits, content optimization, and search performance Experience advising clients and presenting strategic recommendations Interest in AI search, LLMs, and Generative Engine Optimization Bring consultative SEO, AEO, and client relationship expertise to shape Yotpo Discover’s emerging customer success motion.
