Lead substation and transmission construction delivery across British Columbia, using constructability review and risk management expertise. This mobile role includes travel to remote project areas. AtkinsRéalis seeks a Construction Officer for its Project Delivery team. You will support Transmission and Distribution projects, including recent and existing substations, early site investigations, and transmission systems up to 500kV. The position reports to the Director of Project Delivery and coordinates construction activities with Engineering, Contractors, the Owner, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Support planning deliverables, including outage staging and constructability reviews Review design drawings and identify construction risks Track progress, prepare reports,



and alert managers about delays Evaluate changes, claims, and progress payments Coordinate interfaces, handover, safety, and environmental reporting Requirements:

Five or more years on substation or transmission projects Experience near live, high voltage brownfield equipment Expertise in electrical construction materials, methods, and safety standards Understanding of risk management and contract requirements Advanced communication and team performance skills Apply construction coordination, safety leadership, and transmission expertise to AtkinsRéalis projects across British Columbia.
