As a Senior Technical Project Manager within Thinkific’s Research & Development Program Management team, you will own high-stakes delivery across engineering, product, data, and go-to-market. Translate business objectives into executable plans, manage dependencies, and communicate decisions clearly. The work centers on improving how Thinkific ships through robust standards, metrics, and thoughtful stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives
Build stakeholder relationships and manage competing priorities
Use AI tools for reporting, summaries,



and decisions
Translate objectives into sequenced project plans
Define quality gates, rollouts, retrospectives, and post-mortems
Requirements: Five-plus years in technical or program management
Complex software or SaaS delivery experience
